HOW MUCH WEIGHT DOES IT HOLD?

The EZ-BOOT PRO can hold more than 45lbs on the standard sleeve. With the extension sleeve accessory, you can load even more for advanced training.

DOES IT WORK WITH BOTH LEGS?

Yes — the EZ-BOOT is fully symmetrical and works on both left and right feet. It's sold individually, so order a pair if you want to load both legs simultaneously.

WHAT EXERCISES CAN I DO?
