Finger Hold
손가락 잡이
Train fingers and forearms on cables, bands, and machines — or pair them with the Swissies‑X for bars and barbells.
- Isolates the finger flexors — direct grip loading
- Works on cables, bands & machines — clip in anywhere
- Pairs with the Swissies‑X for bars & barbells
Train what the bar leaves out.
Finger-flexor isolationLoad the fingers directly.
Most grip work stops at the hand. The Finger Hold puts resistance straight on the finger flexors — the muscles that fail first on heavy deadlifts, rows, and pull-ups. Build the grip that holds everything else together.
Clips into your whole setup. Run it on cables, resistance bands, and machines on its own — or attach it to the Swissies‑X to load fingers on bars and barbells.
