The Science Behind It

Photofeeler.com Study

Neck size is linked to lower likelihood of injury and therefore higher likelihood of health and survival. Since health is linked to attractiveness, it follows that neck size should also be linked to attractiveness.

We tested this hypothesis using Photofeeler.com, an attractiveness rating website. All factors were held constant EXCEPT the neck — same person, same photo, same lighting.

Tests were done in the site's dating category, where physical attractiveness is the primary quality rated. Subjects were females between the ages of 18 and 29.

How often should I train?

Since the muscles in the neck are small they can be trained with high frequency. Therefore for optimal results, we recommend training the neck 3 times a week.

Is it safe? Are there risks?

While neck training is generally safe when performed correctly, there is a risk of injury if exercises are done improperly. It's important to use correct form and perhaps consult with a professional.

There is 8.5cm or 3.2" of loading space.

Are the weights included?

Weight plates are not included. However any weight plate is compatible with this device so if you attend a gym or have plates already you're good to go. If you don't offere plates we offer plates here

Does it work with all weight plates?

Yes, the EZ-NECK™ is compatible with both the standard and Olympic weight plates. However for standard plates you will nee to purchase the standard plate adapters sold separately.
