Loaded, pulled, tested
The Back Blaster Bundle
Your back doesn't pull from one angle.
Your grip shouldn't either.
Lats, teres, rhomboids, mid-traps, rear delts, forearms — each one responds to a different hand position and a different line of pull. The Back Blaster Bundle is the complete Swissies grip line in a single kit, so you can change the angle instead of changing the exercise.
Why grip variety matters
The bar is the bottleneck, not the weight.
Most cable stations ship with two attachments: a straight bar and a V-handle. That gives you a wide pronated pull and a close neutral pull — and that's it. Every set you do lives inside those two hand positions.
Rotate the hand, and the pull changes. Elbow path shifts. Shoulder position shifts. Which fibres take the load shifts with them. The Back Blaster Bundle gives you that whole range in one kit.
- Independent handles. Each side moves on its own, so your stronger arm can't quietly carry the set.
- Free range of motion. Nothing fixes your hands at a set width or a set angle mid-rep.
- Fits what you already own. Clips to standard cable carabiners, D-rings and pull-up bars.
Piece by piece
Five handles. Two modifiers.
Each handle sets a hand orientation. The Angle Modifier and Rotators then multiply what every one of them can do.
Neutral grip
Swissies V2
The everyday handle. Palms face each other, elbows track close to the ribs, and the pull loads the lats through their strongest line. If you only ever used one attachment, this would be it — which is exactly why it's the baseline the rest of the kit builds off.

45° angled grip
Swissies-SP V2
Sits at 45° — the halfway house between neutral and a full turn. Run it one way for semi-pronated, flip it for semi-supinated. It's the position most people's wrists and elbows actually prefer under heavy load, and the reason a lot of angled pulls feel stronger than square ones.

Neutral · MAX profile with fin
Swissies V2 MAX
The V2 geometry scaled up, with the same fin the other two MAX handles carry. A larger gripping surface spreads the load across more of the hand, so the set ends when your back is done rather than when your fingers open. Also doubles as dedicated forearm and grip work — same movement, harder hold.

Pronated · MAX profile with fin
Swissies-P V2 MAX
Palms-down, the classic overhand pull — but on independent handles instead of a fixed bar, so each arm finds its own path. Same MAX profile and fin as the other two MAX handles; what changes here is the orientation. This is the wide-pull position for upper lat and teres work.

Supinated · MAX profile with fin
Swissies-S V2 MAX
Palms-up. Elbows tuck tight and travel further behind the body, which is what makes underhand pulls hit the lower lats and bring the biceps along for the ride. Same MAX profile and fin as its pronated counterpart, mirrored — so the two cover opposite ends of the rotation with an identical feel in the hand.

How you get to 24
Every handle, multiplied.
Five handles set the hand position, and the palm support column tells you which ones carry the MAX profile and fin. The Angle Modifier then changes the line of pull, and the Rotators let the handle swivel through the rep. Stack them and the same five pieces cover 24 distinct grip positions.
Swapping between any two positions takes seconds — unclip the handle, clip the next one on. No tools, no waiting for the machine.
- Standard — the original Swissies palm profile
- MAX · fin — enlarged surface with the fin, on all three MAX handles
Put it to work
One station, a full back session.
A worked example: the same cable stack, four handle swaps, four different jobs.
Swissies-P V2 MAX
Wide pulldown
Pronated, hands set wide, elbows flaring out. Builds the upper lats and teres — the part of the back that reads as width from the front.
Swissies V2
Seated row
Neutral, elbows driving straight back past the ribs. This is the thickness builder — mid-traps, rhomboids and the meat of the lat.
Swissies-S V2 MAX
Underhand pulldown
Supinated, elbows tucked tight. Shortens the lat through a longer range at the bottom and picks up the biceps on the way through.
V2 MAX + Rotators
Finisher
Thick grip on a swivel. Your hands work as hard as your back does, and the rotation lets the wrist find its own path on every rep.
Choose your finish
Colour-coded, or blacked out.
Multi Color gives every handle its own colour. Mid-session, you reach for green instead of reading engraving on five near-identical pieces — which matters more than it sounds when you're three sets deep and switching between two grips.
Black is the same seven pieces in one uniform finish, for anyone who'd rather the kit disappear into the rack.
