Good to know

Your questions, answered.

When will my pre-order ship?

Shipping is estimated for mid-November 2026. This is a pre-order: the attachment is not currently in stock.

How does the pre-order offer work?

Save US$10 per attachment with an automatic checkout discount, bringing the US$49 price to US$39. The offer ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time. After the deadline, the regular price applies.

Can I use it for both presses and rows?

Yes. The attachment is designed for pushing and pulling movements, including single-arm landmine presses and rows.

Which part rotates?

The rectangular handle assembly swivels around its silver pivot bolt. Turning the handle changes the grip angle while the attachment body stays in position.

Why does the attachment orientation matter?

Changing the attachment's orientation changes the plane of handle rotation relative to your wrist. Set the orientation and secure the attachment before lifting.

Can I use it with either hand?

Yes. Use the single-hand grip with your left or right arm for unilateral pressing and rowing.

What setup is shown in the workout photos?

The photos show the attachment on a barbell loaded with weight plates, with the opposite end anchored in a landmine base.
