Standard Belt #1
Visible gap between the padding allows the belt to shift during heavy lifts, reducing support and creating pressure points.
Safety CompromiseThe Kensui promise
We want you to reach your fitness goals, enjoy your life, and feel healthy. The last thing we want is to create more stress — so if you decide this isn’t for you, we’ll give you a no-hassle, no-questions-asked 100% refund.
One belt, two jobs. Add the rope for weighted calisthenics, or unclip it and cinch the waist for weightlifting.
Attach the weights around your waist in seconds.
High-quality materials built to handle intense workouts.
Works for your home gym or on-the-go workouts.
Works as a dip belt and a lifting belt.
Most “adjustable” belts require you to pick a size — small, medium, large. Not the DUO‑BELT. The heavy-duty velcro system adjusts from 26″ to 40″ waist, fitting over 95% of athletes instantly.
No gaps, no slipping, no compromise. The padding was engineered with zero-gap technology, ensuring the belt sits flush against your body for maximum support and comfort.
The removable carabiner system isn’t just convenient — it’s engineered for performance. Auto-locking mechanisms keep your weights secure, while smooth, rounded edges protect both your skin and your equipment from wear.
Load plates in seconds between sets. No fumbling with chains or struggling with awkward attachments. Just click, lift, dominate.
We opted for 10mm climbing rope instead of heavy metal chain or perishable webbing. Why? Because it achieves the best of both worlds — lightweight yet durable, quiet yet strong.
Metal chains are loud, heavy, and damage equipment. Webbing frays and fails. Climbing rope rated for 500 lb? That’s the perfect middle ground.
One belt. Dozens of exercises. Zero compromise.
Plus: lunges, OHP, muscle-ups, and dozens more
“So I really worked the Kensui weighted belt today. I started muscle-ups with different weights starting from 10 lbs to 45 lbs. I have to say this is the best belt I’ve used and I have run through a couple different brands.”
Most lifting belts create a dangerous gap between the padding — compromising your support and safety. We engineered the solution.
Visible gap between the padding allows the belt to shift during heavy lifts, reducing support and creating pressure points.

Reduced StabilityZero-gap engineering means continuous, uniform support around your entire core. Maximum stability, safety, and lifting performance.

DUO‑BELT™ Everything you need to know before you strap in.
The DUO‑BELT was carefully designed to be one size fits (almost) all. With the adjustable velcro strap, it fits all waist sizes from 26″ to 40″.
We’ve tested it up to 500 lb without any issue. If you plan to use more weight, reach out to us and we can test it!
The belt is mainly designed for muscle-ups, pull-ups, and dips. If you get creative you can also use it for push-ups and squats — though the weighted vest is the better tool for those movements.
They’re two very different pieces of equipment, even though both add weight to the body. The dip belt is ideal for pull-ups and dips, while the vest is better for everything else — squats, lunges, push-ups, pike presses, inverted rows.
And because the weight is distributed differently, a pull-up will feel different with a vest than with a belt — much like the difference between a front squat and a back squat.
For optimal results, we recommend getting both.
