A set of five resistance bands that lets you build your neck-training resistance gradually.

1 / 14

Five silicone tubes, light to extra‑heavy. They clip onto the EZ‑HELM for neck curls, extensions and rotations, and onto the EZ‑MACE and EZ‑CLUB for figure‑8s.

Five graded levels — light through extra-heavy in one set
Silicone, not latex — keeps its snap instead of going slack
3 implements — EZ-HELM, EZ-MACE and EZ-CLUB

Attaches to what you own.

Three implements

EZ-HELM

Neck curls, extensions, rotations

EZ-MACE

Figure-8s, swings, halos

EZ-CLUB

Mobility and rotational work

This isn’t a band set — it’s an attachment. The same five tubes move between your neck harness, your mace and your club, so you’re adding graded resistance to gear you already train with rather than buying a fourth thing that lives in a drawer.

Five tubes, not one. Start light on rotations where the range is long and the leverage is bad, go extra-heavy on curls, and step between the two as you get stronger — without buying another band every time you progress.
