EZ-HELM 1" Adapter

Detachable 1″ standard plate sleeves and collars for the EZ‑HELM. Spinlock design, swaps in seconds — so the plates you already own load straight onto the neck trainer.

Spinlock design — threaded collars clamp the plates down tight
Detachable and interchangeable — swap between 1″ and 2″ whenever you like
Comes as a pair — 2 sleeves + 2 collars, everything you need for both sides

You may not need this. Every EZ‑HELM already ships with sleeves and collars for 2″ Olympic plates. This adapter is only for people whose plates have the smaller 1″ standard hole.

Ships with 2″. Add 1″.

The EZ-HELM's sleeves come off. Your neck trainer arrives set up for 2″ Olympic plates; this pair swaps those sleeves and collars for the 1″ standard size. Keep both sets and you can move between plate types whenever your gym or your home setup changes — no second neck harness required.

Spinlock, not guesswork. Threaded collars wind down against the plates and hold them tight through every rep — and the whole assembly detaches, so switching plate sizes takes seconds. Made for the EZ-HELM neck trainer.
