Titanium anodized. Each plate is individually CNC-machined to a ±20 g tolerance — Calibrated. Sold as pairs.

Each plate, individually milled.

CNC machining vs. casting

Calibrated by milling, not by grinding.

Most calibrated plates are cast or stamped, then ground for tolerance. CHROMAFORGE plates are CNC-machined from solid stock — each piece milled to spec on the same equipment used for industrial precision parts, then titanium-anodized for the chrome finish.

Calibrated to ±20 g, matched as pairs. Titanium-anodized for the chrome finish, with a precision 2″ center hole that seats clean on any Olympic sleeve — load with confidence every session.

Premium finish

Titanium anodizing

Each CHROMAFORGE™ plate undergoes a specialized titanium anodizing process that produces its signature iridescent finish. Unlike paint or coatings, the coloration comes from manipulating the oxide layer on the metal’s surface with precise electrical voltages.

As voltage is applied, the oxide layer grows in thickness and refracts light at different wavelengths, revealing a spectrum of vivid color — with no dyes, pigments, or surface coatings.

The result: a durable, fade-resistant finish that’s uniquely vibrant — every plate shows its own subtle variations in hue and pattern.
