Every detail, built for load
10mm climbing rope. Quieter than chain, lighter than metal, stronger than webbing.
Heavy-duty velcro fits over 95% of athletes — no S/M/L to get wrong.
Click on for weighted work, click off to lift. Rounded edges protect skin and plates.
Padding meets flush around the core — patent-pending, no dead zone under load.
"I ran muscle-ups from 10 lb up to 45 lb today. This is the best belt I've used — and I've been through a couple of brands."
What you're clipping into
- 01
Heavy-duty nylon body
Wide, padded panel that carries load in dip mode and braces the core in lifting mode.
- 02
Auto-lock carabiners
Removable. Clip plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, or bands in seconds between sets.
- 03
10mm climbing rope
Tested to 500 lb. No clanking chain, no fraying webbing.
- 04
Velcro closure, 26–40"
Instant adjustment — share it with a training partner without re-sizing.
Carabiners on. Carabiners off.
Hang plates. Add reps.
Clip the rope on and load it for weighted dips, pull-ups, muscle-ups, and lunges. The rope sits close to the body so plates don't swing into your knees.

Unclip. Cinch. Brace.
Pull the carabiners, wrap the velcro, and you've got a lifting belt with 360 Brace™ padding — no gap in the back where most belts go soft.
- ClosureHeavy-duty velcro
- Fit26–40" waist
- SupportZero-gap, full circumference
Most belts leave a gap. This one doesn't.
A gap between the padding lets the belt shift under a heavy pull and creates pressure points. We engineered the padding to meet flush.
Standard belt A
Visible gap. Belt shifts on heavy lifts and support drops where you need it most.
Standard belt B
Same story: padding stops short, so the closure carries the load instead of your core.
Duo-Belt™
Continuous, uniform support around the entire core. Same brace front, side, and back.

Before you order
Will it fit me?
The velcro closure adjusts continuously from a 26" to a 40" waist, which covers over 95% of athletes. There's no sizing to choose.
How much weight can I hang from it?
The 10mm climbing rope and carabiners are tested to 500 lb without failure. Plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bands all clip on.
Is it a real lifting belt or just a dip belt?
Both. With the carabiners off, the padded body cinches into a full-circumference lifting belt with zero gap in the padding — the 360 Brace™ design.
What if it's not for me?
Train with it for 100 days. If it isn't the best belt you've used, send it back for a full refund.

DUO-BELT™ FAQs
This belt was carefully designed to be one size fits almost all. With the adjustable velcro strap it fits all waist sizes from 26-40.
We have tested it up to 500lbs without any issue. If you plan to use more weight, reach out to us and we can test it!
The belt is mainly designed for muscle ups, pull-ups, and dips. However if you get creative you can also use it for pushups and squats. However the vest is better for these movements.
They are two very different equipment even though they both add weight to the body. The dip belt is ideal for pullups and dips, but the vest is better for all other exercises such as the squat, lunge, pushup, pike press, inverted row.
Furthermore, because the weight is distributed differently, doing a pullup will feel different with a vest and belt. This is very similar to the difference between a front and back squat.
Therefore, for optimal results we recommend you get both.
