worth knowing.
What makes the zero-gap design different?
An open-slit grip leaves a gap along the handle. Popeyes uses two halves that click fully closed, so there is no open slit under your fingers. The halves still separate when you want to remove the grips or switch equipment.
What size should I get?
Choose based on your hand size and the exercise. The 50 mm is the smallest option and the size Kensui recommends for bench press and pull-ups. The 60 mm is the middle option for general grip work. The 70 mm offers the widest grip for larger hands or more challenge.
What comes in the bundle?

Will they damage the bar?
