    Adjustable maces are used for strength training and conditioning exercises. They are commonly used in mace training — a form of exercise that involves swinging the mace in various patterns to engage multiple muscle groups and improve overall fitness, grip strength, and coordination.
    Using an adjustable mace helps improve grip strength, upper body and core strength, balance and coordination, and provides a full-body workout. It also improves mobility and flexibility while taking up minimal space compared to a full set of fixed-weight maces.
    A fixed-weight mace has a set weight that cannot be adjusted, while the EZ-MACE allows you to change the weight by adding or removing Olympic plates. This makes the EZ-MACE far more versatile — you can adjust the weight to suit your strength level and progressively overload over time.
    Yes, the collar is included with every EZ-MACE purchase.
    We've seen customers use over 50 lbs on the mace. If you plan to train with more than 60 lbs, we recommend using 2 collars to secure the weight. Keep in mind that due to the unique weight distribution, an EZ-MACE loaded to 50 lbs will feel significantly heavier than a traditional 50 lb mace.
    Yes, the EZ-MACE is compatible with all weight plates with 2" (Olympic) holes. It will not work with 1" standard plates.
    The PRO ($69.95) is made from Malaysian rubber wood with a 40mm handle — lighter at 2 lbs with 30cm loading space. The MAX ($129.95) is steel with matte powder coat, 37.5mm handle, 6.5 lbs base weight, and 35cm loading space for heavier loads. Choose PRO for an authentic wood feel, MAX for maximum load capacity.
