Add classic hanging-weight neck training to your EZ-HELM. The Harness Kit connects to both sides of your helm, letting you suspend weight plates from an adjustable strap for harness-style neck extensions.

Two attachment collars connect to the daisy-chain strap with carabiners. Multiple numbered loops let you adjust how low the weight hangs and return to your preferred setup each session.
