Is the listed weight for one plate or a pair?
The weight is per plate. A 25 LB pair includes two 25 LB plates, for 50 LB in total. Quantity 1 adds one pair; for the full-set option, quantity 1 adds one complete set.
What is included in the full set?
The 355 LB set includes a pair each of 25, 35, 45, and 55 LB grip plates, plus a pair each of 2.5, 5, and 10 LB change plates. That is 14 plates in total. The smaller change plates do not have grip openings.
Will these fit my barbell?
The precisely machined 50.4 mm center hole is designed for a close fit around Olympic barbell sleeves, helping reduce play and unwanted shaking. Check your equipment’s sleeve dimensions and use collars to secure the load. These plates are not designed for standard 1-inch sleeves.
What changes between the three finishes?
The visual finish and price. Each product has CNC-machined steel construction, ±20 g calibration, integrated grips on the larger plates, and a 50.4 mm center hole. Select a finish to see its current weight options, price, and availability.
How accurate are the plates?
Each plate is calibrated to within ±20 grams of the weight marked on its face. The tolerance applies per plate, not to the combined weight of a pair.
Why is the surface smoother than other machined plates?
CNC machining can leave concentric tool marks on a plate’s face. Our plates receive extra polishing after machining to smooth away those visible rings and create a refined, reflective surface.
