From wooden rings
to your next rep.
Gymnastics. Calisthenics. Strength training. Each has something to teach us. Timber borrows the familiar feel of wooden rings and bars and brings it to a pair of adjustable dumbbell handles.

A grip that feels
natural.
There’s a reason wood feels at home in a training space. Its natural texture is comfortable in the hand, with a warmer touch than metal when your garage gym gets cool.
- Smooth wooden grip with a simple, tapered shape.
- Natural grain makes each handle its own.
- Inspired by the equipment gymnasts know well.

Load your plates.
Make it your weight.
Threaded wooden sleeves let you adjust your setup as you train. Slide on your plates, then turn the slim black collars until they sit securely against the stack.
- Adjustable loading on both ends.
- Four low-profile collars included.
- One pair for curls, rows, presses and more.

At home in your gym.
Or out in the open.
From a quiet garage session to a workout outside, Timber brings a different feel to familiar movements. Take your training where you enjoy it, then wipe the handles dry and bring them indoors when you’re done.
- A warm, tactile connection with your equipment.
- Two handles for training together or one at a time.
- Designed for controlled reps and careful set-downs.
Real training.
A different feel.
Curls, rows, presses, raises. Bring the feel of wood to the movements already in your routine.

Simple by design.
A wooden handle, threaded sleeves and collars that secure your plates. Everything you need to understand Timber is right here in the photos.
Training photos show working prototypes. Wood tone and end branding may differ from the finished product. Weight plates are shown for demonstration and are sold separately.
Load. Secure. Lift.
Load evenly
Remove the collars and slide your plates onto the sleeves. Match the load on both ends of each handle.
Tighten the collars
Turn each collar along the wooden threads until it sits firmly against the plates. Check all four before you lift.
Keep it controlled
Choose a load you can control through the full movement. Set the dumbbells down gently after each set.
Do not drop.
Timber is designed for controlled lifting. Dropping or throwing loaded dumbbells can damage the wooden handles and threads. Check the wood and collars before training.
Good to know.
Is the price for one handle or a pair?
The price is for a pair: two Timber wooden dumbbell handles and four low-profile black collars.
Are weight plates included?
No. Weight plates are sold separately. The loaded setups in the photos show how Timber is used.
Can I use them outdoors?
Yes, for your training session. Keep the wood dry, wipe it down afterward and store it indoors between workouts.
How much weight can they hold?
A tested maximum load rating has not been published. Use a load you can control, check the handles and collars before each set, and never drop them.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Wood grain and tone vary naturally. The training photos show prototypes, so the finish and end branding may differ from the finished product.
